Requirements for clinical or intern membership :
- Current CAMFT membership (associate members exempt)
- Current MFT license in good standing OR registered intern or trainee status with BBS
- Your membership dues will not automatically be deducted from your account each year and you will have to update your membership fee by the January of each year. This is different than your statewide membership, where your fee is due yearly on the month that you signed up.

Becoming a member of CAMFT does not automatically sign you up to become a member of SVC-CAMFT. Make sure to follow all instructions below:
Choose from these options to join the statewide CAMFT organization first:
- Print the clinical application or pre-licensed application and mail it to the CAMFT office at: CAMFT, 7901 Raytheon Road, San Diego, CA, 92111
- Fax your clinical application or pre-licensed application to CAMFT at (858) 292-2666

Requirements for Affiliate Membership:
To join SVC-CAMFT
1. An affiliate member shall be in a profession related to or in conjunction with Marriage and Family therapists.
2. An affiliate member shall not be eligible to vote or hold office but shall be entitled to all other rights and privileges of association membership.
3. You do not need to be a member of the state CAMFT; however if you would like to join state camft, click here.
