About Me

Hello. I provide trauma-informed and strength-based therapy to children, young adults and individuals. My focus is on women and children. I work on developing a strong therapeutic relationship, providing a safe, healing environment to explore barriers to growth and success. I believe in my client's strengths and abilities to achieve their goals and live the life they want.
My therapeutic orientation is based on CBT, mindfulness and DBT. I am trained in DBT and trauma-focused therapy. I have successfully helped my clients from various ethnic backgrounds.
